Laurie Deslatte – Executive Director
From Nursing home to Memory care and Assisted Living, Laurie has been taking care of the elderly since 2008. As a Marketing and Admission Director in the nursing home to Executive Director at Cedar Crest since December of 2015 and Rosewood Retirement since July 2017. Along with being and a mother and a wife, she is active member in her church. When she sees her residents every morning she is reminded of this scripture “A cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones.’ Proverbs 15:30. Laurie is dedicated to ensuring quality care in a family environment for the elderly and residents with memory loss.
Margueritte Hoffman – Community Relations Director
Margueritte Hoffman is no stranger to Rosewood. She brings to the company over 15 years of experience in medical services and senior living care.
Margueritte graduated from Comeaux High School then proceeded to attend academy of hair technology. Her passion to care for seniors came from her start as a beauty operator in a senior living community. Margueritte’s dedication and desire to grow professionally has paved the way for her to take on new leadership opportunities through the years.
Margueritte now serves Rosewood Retirement Community as the Community Relations Director where she continues to achieve her aspirations to love and care for her residents.
Margueritte has an enthusiastic passion for people. “True compassion exists when you give your strength, guidance and wisdom to empower another so that you can see who you really are and live in a greater capacity and expect nothing in return”.
