With many years of experience, our staff is available to answer any questions you might have about dementia or Alzheimer’s. Our Community Relations Director has experienced caring for a parent with dementia, and having this experience she can relate directly to residents’ family members and the decisions they have to make.

We offer a wide variety of activities to engage every resident and stimulate their mind and memory. Our Rhythm of the Day® program provides a happy and healthy environment in which our memory care residents flourish.

There is a difference in care among memory care communities. Colonial Oaks’ primary referral source is the families of our residents. We are very proud of that.
